Merchandise must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition and have the original tags attached. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt (excluding the items listed below). To initiate a return, please reach out via email to hello@towntotrailoutfitters.com with your order number.  The following items are not eligible for returns: Sale items, edible products and any item that is no longer in new and unused condition.
